No matter how you look at it, many Americans today are suffering from obesity.  Weight gain and obesity is indeed a growing phenomenon; a phenomenon which poses several health problems for every individual. To combat this, many of us have tried various diets and supplements. Usually the supplements don’t work, or they are just temporary. I don’t know about you, but I don’t like the idea of putting chemicals in my body anyway.

There is a company down in Texas that apparently understands the issues associated with being overweight, while wanting to only put all natural substances in our bodies.

When I first looked into them, I was skeptical. Then I looked into their history. They didn’t start out with much other than a few bags of tea and hopes that the word about their product would spread. See they didn’t have an advertising budget at all. Basically they gave away some of their tea they call ”SlimZen Tea.” Working in their spare time the folks at SlimZen Tea packaged their product and gave it away.

Well I guess you can see where this is going…IT WORKED! They had orders coming in left and right, but no storefront from which to distribute it. A couple of their friends offered to sell it for them, and some of their friends did the same. This evolved into their current business model, which is taking off. Again, something somewhat untraditional, but it’s working great for them and their customers.

Bottom line… I think they have the right idea. It seems that everyone wants a prescription for everything now a days. Why do that when something all natural will do the job. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not telling you that their tea is some miracle. Be realistic, no diet or supplement will work if you maintain a 10,000 calorie per day diet and sit on the couch all day. But if you are serious, this looked like the way to go to me.
